Colloquium for the UL Lafayette Physics Seminar Series outlining how hot and dense QCD matter is created and constrained with relativistic heavy-ion collisions.
Presentation on cumulants and fluctuations measurements at the RHIC Beam Energy Scan Phase II at the BES workshop during the 2025 RHIC/AGS Annual Users' Meeting.
We analyze the behavior of ordinary and factorial cumulants of proton number in heavy-ion collisions in the context of new RHIC-BES-II data, their implications for the QCD critical point search, as well as the behavior of scaled factorial cumulants of protons and antiprotons, pointing out challenges in describing antiprotons and possible incomplete equilibration between stopped and produced matter in heavy-ion collisions.
Presentation on factorial cumulants of protons and antiprotons in relativistic heavy-ion collisions at the APS Physics Summit 2025.
