Physics Simulations
Interactive simulations that run directly in the browser — no installation, no plugins. Each one is a small, self-contained numerical experiment: change the parameters and watch the system evolve in real time. They are used for teaching and outreach, and grew out of the computational-physics course material.
Disk Percolation
Random overlapping disks fill a box until a connected cluster spans it.
Open simulation3D Sphere Percolation
The same question in three dimensions, with a rotatable view of the growing clusters.

2D XY Model
Spins on a lattice, coloured by direction, ordering as the temperature is lowered.
Open simulation
2D Ising Model
Magnetic domains appear and vanish as the temperature crosses the critical point.

Elongated particles connect far more easily than round ones — adjust the aspect ratio and see.
